Welcome.

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My name is Amanda, and I developed Self-Led Nervous System Retraining out of lived experience after decades of undiagnosed Celiac Disease and nervous system dysregulation. It wasn’t until I was introduced to neuroplasticity and nervous system retraining that I finally experienced comprehensive relief.

I understand the frustration and desperation that accompanies chronic illness — juggling specialists, managing symptoms, and enduring the unknown, all while trying to live your life. With deep compassion, I work one-on-one with individuals to share this practice in a personalized and collaborative way that supports internal regulation and a felt sense of safety.

While this program is deeply relevant for those navigating chronic symptoms, it extends beyond health. Many people come to this practice feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected in both their personal and professional lives, without fully understanding why. Self-Led Nervous System Retraining supports a return to stability, clarity, and self-direction.

Amanda Eckstut was born and raised in the Bay Area, California, and currently resides in the Delaware River Valley of New Jersey. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Behavioral Science from Northwestern State University. Her background spans the arts, farming, and community-based project leadership. She is also a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor and co-founder of the Frenchtown Farmers Market.

“After 8 years of talk therapy, I still felt stuck and anxious. Regular sessions with Amanda helped me stay consistent in the practice and change the relationship I have with my nervous system. I am so grateful for her intentional care and support.”
